Barton Airport is central to a number of major motorways, M6, M62, M60 and M56 and is a 15 minute drive from Manchester International Airport, a 10 minute drive from Manchester city centre and a stones throw from The Trafford Centre.

The simplest route is via Junction 11 of the M60 and taking the A57 towards Irlam, the airport is approximately 1 mile from the motorway on the right hand side. After turning right onto the airport, go through the ticket barrier onto the carpark and turn left. The Manchester Helicopter Centre can be found at the far end of the car park on the left.
